Informational research
Content is provided for informational and educational purposes. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice; it is not an offer or solicitation; and no pick or probability is a guarantee.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally capable of accepting these terms and may use the service only where permitted by applicable law and platform rules. You are responsible for understanding restrictions that apply to you.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. New enrollment may be closed during product review.
Subscriptions and payments
When paid enrollment is available, displayed price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be presented before purchase. Payments may be processed by Stripe. No payment is currently accepted while enrollment is closed.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, scrape restricted content, interfere with service operation, submit malicious code, misuse credentials, impersonate others, or republish paid research as a competing feed.
Intellectual property
The service, presentation, and original research are owned by Prognostication or its licensors. These terms provide a limited, revocable, personal right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Third-party services
Marketplaces, payment processors, data providers, and linked sites operate under their own terms. Prognostication is not affiliated with or responsible for a third party merely because it is referenced.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prognostication disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions made from published research.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue features and may update these terms prospectively. Material updates will be identified by a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
